Roberts' Fabulous Furniture encourages all pet owners to use caution when the pet is contained inside the pet bed area of the furniture. Never should the decorative door be closed if the pet is inside. In the summertime, place the furniture in an area where the pet will receive adequate air flow from the air conditioner. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that the pet is comfortable inside the kenneling area. We will not be held responsible for any negligent act that might occur.
Return Policy:
Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roberts' Fabulous Furniture, LLC. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price and tax. Customer must pay for round trip shipping costs. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax less shipping charges. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that all returns must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization which can be obtained by calling us at 940-864-5148.
